What wood you are using for your products ?
We are mainly using "Mango Wood" for making of most of our products. This is Solid and heavy wood which requires for long lasting products. For some products we are also using Acacia wood, Sheesham wood and Teak Wood. For each and every item, We have displayed the wood in the description.
What is the "Seasoned and treated wood", is this other than Normal Mango wood?
No, it is Natural Mango wood only. Seasoning is treatment is the process to remove infestation and to prevent for warping the wood. The mositure is also taken out from the wood in the process.
What is the quality of products?
We are manufacturer from decades in furniture segment, As a core business we are deeply concerned about the quality of our products which we deliver to our customer's.
Before dispatching, Each and every product is being checked by the quality check team to ensure the best quality products. If quality checker doesn’t pass the item due to any manufacturing defect, we don’t dispatch the item and at the time we inform to buyer regarding the same to process for a new item. Such case we may ask for some time extension to deliver best product from our side.
How do you package?
We are mainly using foam sheets, bubble wrapper sheet, foam corners to wrap the product for ensuring best packaging to avoid any scratch or damage. After this all is done, the product is put into corrugated boxes for well packaging. (For Box packaging, the extra charges would be applicable, while processing your order we will intimate the prices for normal packaging and box packaging)
Are finishes in your collections identical or standard ?
Our products are rustic and hand finished. Pieces will have a consistent overall look; however there will be some variance according to the wood naturality. Wood grain, texture and tones will vary from piece to piece due to the nature of the wood and its hand finished polishing process. The look will be similar, without being identical, which gives it that "one-of-a-kind" distinction.
What is considered natural distress?
Natural cracks in the wood, knots, indentations and other superficial imperfections, all constitute natural distress. Since our furniture is Hand Crafted so there may be some sing of process of construction (such as filled nail holes etc.) which are visible, upon close inspection. This is also showing the beauty of Indian handcrafted products and likeable by our customer's.
Can i purchase a single item ?
Sorry, as the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 3 Pcs per item for export, We need bulk quantity to offer you wholesale price. If you are planning to import the goods in bulk then you may add all your desired items into Cart by clicking to "Add to Container" all the items and then "checkout" with all the required details. I want customization in product, do you accept customization ?
Yes, We do customization and that is also depend on the item and your desired customization physibility to process. If you need any customization, we request you to please provide all the information related to the customization with the help of image or diagram or form of data sheet.
